Do I need a background in lacrosse to join or play?

You do not need a background in lacrosse to get started. A great start would be the clinic on November 14th at Si View Park.

When will practice be once the season starts?

Practices are during the week and in the evenings. Higher levels practice 5 days a week but the younger kids are usually 2-3 days per week.

When is the lacrosse season?

The season usually runs between March and the end of May and sometimes into the middle of June.

How much will gear cost me?

Basic gear packages cost around $150 to $200 dollars and usually include a helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, stick and arm pads.

Where will we be playing and practicing?

We will be practicing at different fields here in the valley from Mt. Si high school to Si View, depends on the teams and what will be available.
