You do not need a red helmet like the high school will be wearing. White is what we are asking you to wear. It is pretty standard for youth teams to wear white helmets.

Gear packages can be found locally at Breakaway Sports in Bellevue and at multiple places online. LacrosseMonkey and Great Atlantic Lacrosse are two of the bigger online stores.

Gear Checklist: Helmet, Shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouth guard and a stick.

Protective gear like compression shorts and a protective cup are recommended.
